At Peru Grand Travel (PGT), we want the booking and payment process to be clear, flexible, and secure for our international travelers.
We offer different payment options depending on your country of origin, currency, and the specific conditions of your reservation.
Booking Your Trip
25%
Secure your trip with a deposit
For most PGT travel programs, travelers can confirm their reservation with a 25% deposit of the total program price.
The remaining 75% can be paid up to 15 days before arriving in Peru using one of our available online payment methods, or in cash upon arrival in Cusco when the specific conditions of the reservation allow it.
This makes it possible to secure the main services of your trip in advance without paying the full amount from the beginning.
Important
Some services may have different payment conditions
Certain services, such as entrance tickets, flights, the Inca Trail, Machu Picchu, hotels, or other services subject to special or non-refundable conditions, may require different payment terms.
These conditions will be communicated to the traveler before the reservation is confirmed.

Available for payments made directly from international bank accounts according to the payment instructions provided by PGT.
WeTravel
An online payment platform used to facilitate payments for travel programs and certain card transactions.
PayPal
An available alternative for making international payments online.
Wise
Available for certain international transfers between different countries.
For Travelers from Brazil
EBANX & PIX
For travelers from Brazil, PGT works with EBANX, facilitating payments in Brazilian reais (BRL) and access to local payment options such as PIX, according to the conditions available at the time of the transaction.

Available for certain transactions designed for the Brazilian market.
Your travel consultant will confirm the applicable currency, amount, and payment method before each payment is made.
After Your Payment
Confirmation and documentation
After receiving and verifying the payment, PGT provides the traveler with the corresponding documentation, which may include a service voucher, payment receipt or invoice, and reservation confirmation.
Documentation may be sent by email, WhatsApp, or another communication channel previously coordinated with the traveler.
Processing Fees
Payment processing fees
Some payment methods may be subject to bank, transfer, or processing fees established by the platforms used.
PGT seeks to keep these costs as low as possible and communicate the applicable conditions before the payment is made.
Cancellations & Refunds

PGT has cancellation and refund policies that establish the conditions applicable to each reservation.
Because some travel components may be subject to specific supplier policies or may be non-refundable, conditions can vary depending on the services booked.
